Andrzej Kroc
Chairman of the Board

Andrzej Kroc has more than 16 years of experience in banking. His career started in regional branch of BRE Bank SA in Łódź where he was responsible for banking operations. In 2003 he joined CERI management staff and he took on settlement area and next he coordinated whole transactional banking. From 2006 to 2008 he was CERI Management Board Member. In November 2008 he was appointed to position of CEO.

Joachim Blechstein
Member of the Board

Joachim Blechstein has more than 30 years of experience in the banking and financial industry. His career started in Germany in the banking industry where he was trained in credit and risk analyzing in Munich and New York. After this he worked on the Corporate Banking side of Commerzbank for many years as Relationship Manager for MNCs. He also was responsible for developing the International Corporate Internet Banking. Before he joined CERI in October 2008 he had stayed for three years in Shanghai where had been the Regional Head of Trade and Transaction Banking of Commerzbank in Asia.

Andrzej Górecki
Member of the Board

Andrzej Górecki has more than 20 years experience in the banking and financial institutions. His career started in BRE Bank where he was responsible for starting u20 and running of the first settlement center in Poland – centralization of domestic payments for BRE Bank. In 2002 together with Mr. Zbigniew Stabiszewski and Mr. Wojciech Papierak, he started up CERI LTD as a Business Pocess Outsourcing company. He was involved in expansion of CERI’s portfolio to include new clients: banks and financial institutions outside the BRE Group.
